First:
Go to File>Utilities>Verify and Run this TWO times,
Go to File>Utilities>Rebuild and do ONE time,
Go to File>Utilities>Verify and do ONE time.
If you receive an error message then do the following:

1. Press F2
2. Press F3
3. Open file tab
4. Scroll down to QBWIN.log
5. If you see full path names (for Example C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks...), rather than just a list of file names, click the Path On/Off button for a clearer view.
6. 2.Examine the QBWin.log file:
a.Press the Ctrl+End keys to go directly to the end of the file to locate the most recent information.
b.Locate the results from the last time the Verify Data utility was run. (Date and time are provided with each log entry to help you identify the most recent one.)
c.Write down the exact messages generated in the log file during the Verify Data utility.
d.Search the QuickBooks knowledge base for articles that provide solutions for these specific messages.
7.If the QBWin.log file does not open, or if you are unable to find information from the most recent Verify Data utility:
a.Rename the QBWin.log file to QBWinold.log.
b.Run the Verify Data utility again to create a new QBWin.log file. The new file will contain only the latest information.
c.Open the new QBWin.log file and examine the content
